Free Trade Zone:

Our building has the privileged location of being in a Free Trade Zones and counting with all the approved licenses for our tenants to benefit from the FTZ. All of our tenants benefit from the FTZ 0% Inventory Property tax benefits which helps lower their inventory tax liability.
